💸 No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any products once the order is confirmed
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or selection
- Pet preference or behavior
- Delayed delivery caused by courier services
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exception)
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged
- Item received is defective
- Wrong item was shipped
What to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the outer packaging

🚚 Shipping Responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect address provided by the customer is not eligible for refund or replacement
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
